My "Big Project" Weekend in Pictures | iHeartMedia Tri-State

The carpeting in my living room lasted 22 years. It was good carpet when I bought it. Years of kids, grandkids and pets just took their toll. My house was starting to smell bad. I've been shopping around for nice waterproof plank flooring for a while. When the opportunity came to get what I wanted at a great price I jumped on it. My friend Craig spent the whole weekend laying down the new floor. While I ripped up the old carpet, padding, staples and nails ahead of him. It took all weekend. The project is finished and looks beautiful. I'm exhausted!

We ate pizza and hot dogs all weekend long. I did whip up my "express" chicken parmesan Sunday Night. Tyson chicken patties, pasta, Contadina squeeze pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese. Which hit the spot after all that hard work. I hope you enjoy the pictures below. Including Millie and Oreo taking it all in.
