A 175 pound adult female black bear walked into the Dollar General Store in Vernon Tuesday afternoon. One woman was bitten on the leg and treated at an area hospital. The bear was later euthanized by Vernon Police. A local real estate agent was able to capture some of the visit on video. The bear can been seen in the store wandering in several aisles. Eventually, the real estate agent was able to coax the bear back outside.
