SPECIAL VISITOR ALERT: SANTA AL-PACA! will be at the Sussex County Farmers’ and Crafters’ Market at the Fairgrounds from 10am to 3Pm On December 14th. OH Snap! those adorable Christmas Pictures with a Special Kiss from Santa Al! Other 4-H clubs will be at the market with hand made crafts and items. The Sussex County Farmers’ and Crafters’ Market artisans are stocked with Christmas gifts and goodies to please all ages. Sparkling jewelry, cozy hand knit items, Christmas ornaments, Big Bear Hug Pillowcases, exterior bird dishes, honeyed cider, painted rocks, unique wooden ornaments and other fabulous décor items are just a few of our many unique items. Need apples for a pie? And apple cider for holiday parties? The Sussex County Farmers’ and Crafters’ Market is the place to be, so bring your gift list with you! The Sussex County Farmers' and Crafters' Market at the Fairgrounds will open on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month, starting on June 8th through the Christmas Craft Fair on December 14th. The expanded days are due to popular request from customers wanting fresh local farm to table foods. Sussex County Farmers will supply beef from Grass Pond Farm, eggs from Willow Brook Farm, veggies from Valley View Farm, Our Woods Maple Syrup, and Top of the Mountain Honey. Special opening day celebrations at the Sussex County Farmers' and Craft Market include FREE Ice cream from Andersen Farms.
Crafters include Cheryl Sanchesz hand made soaps, Garden Art by Sandy Hull, hand knit items by Nicole Boffalo, Big Bear Hug Pillowcases and painted selections from Zoo Momma, Mountain Man Woodcrafts, $5 Jewelry and many more.
